Jonathan Berger, Founder & CEO
Jonathan Berger founded 41:10 Media in April of 2020. Jonathan has extensive experience building, managing, and motivating top performing sales teams. Jonathan has also had tremendous success as an individual contributor in advertising sales. He has over 15 years of experience in the industry and has received numerous awards including an Addy for Media Sales Rep of the Year given by the American Advertising Federation in Dallas.
Jonathan has generated millions in annual revenue for his previous employers and has honed his skill performing the full sales life cycle including prospecting, assessing client needs, utilizing consultative sales techniques, building relationships, negotiating contracts, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
Thanks to time spent in the industry, he knows what works and what does not which is why another arm of 41:10 focuses on helping local companies target their audience and wisely spend their media dollars.
Jonathan Berger lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Christi, and their two daughters, Abby and Annabel. Jonathan is an active member of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Dallas, Texas. When Jonathan is not working or spending time with his family, you might find him at a Dallas Cowboy game or geeking out on wine with his friends.
Brian Baran, President
Brian Baran brings with him 15 years of digital + OOH experience to 41:10 media. During his 15+ years, Brian has successfully led or launched numerous initiatives from; first digital advertising specialist, setting up an in-house digital agency, launching a programmatic SSP platform, launching an in-market mobile OOH office + OOH media buying branch, and more.
Brian uses his vast experience to help DOOH/OOH network owners fully monetize their inventory by, representing the networks to brands & agencies, accepting & executing Direct IO’s on their behalf, negotiating PMP deals, assisting open exchange campaigns and setting up the integration process between partners and SSP/DSP’s.
Brian has lived in DFW area since 1997 with his wife, Jennifer, and their 22 year old son. Brian’s hobbies include being a Sports fanatic (all Chicago teams – big Cubs fan), Golf, Fantasy Football (in 3 leagues). Favorite place to visit – Dublin, Ireland. Favorite food – Italian Beef Sandwiches with Texas Brisket a close second.
James Saunders, Director of Advertising Sales
Joining 41:10 Media in 2022, James comes with over 20 years in the Sales Industry with over 13 of those years in out of home media sales. During his time working in out of home sales, James has served in numerous leadership and sales roles within the industry exceeding market and personal sales goals. His success is attributed to not being a salesman, but rather building a partnership with clients to meet and exceed their business goals. James prides himself on the relationships he has built not only locally but nationally. He believes building relationships is the key to success.
James resides in Houston with his wife, Tiffany, and their three boys. He is an avid car enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. When he is not at a sporting event supporting or coaching one of this sons, you can find him tinkering in the garage, listening to music, or relaxing on the water.
Jacob Gastelum, Sales Operations Manager
Experienced in navigating business contracts, managing critical projects, developing successful business strategies and extensive marketing campaigns. As a military veteran and former business owner, he is highly skilled in critical thinking and creating effective solutions to complex problems. Detail oriented and data driven decision making are essential elements to his proven success.
Kendall Watson, Account Executive
Kendall Watson joins 41:10 Media with extensive sales experience and a passion for advertising. Born in Houston and raised in Dallas, Kendall got her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies from the University of North Texas; her studies included concentrations in Advertising, Business, & Psychology.
Kendall values building mutually beneficial relationships and genuinely enjoys collaborating with clients to reach their goals through creative strategies. In her free time, Kendall enjoys stand-up comedy, yoga, and any chance to float the river down in Austin!
Ryan Thomas, Account Executive
Being new to the team, Ryan brings over 15 years of restaurant and customer service experience. Managing diverse teams with varying degrees of experience, he has learned how to leverage the knowledge of others to provide the best experience possible to those he serves.
Ryan is originally from Fort Worth, Tx, but now lives in Whitney with his wife and 3 kids. He enjoys spending time with his family as well as his three grandkids. He is active in his local church and is currently enrolled at Dallas Baptist University, where he is working on a ministry and business degree.
Bryant Goodall, President, Marketing Services
Bryant Goodall brings over 20 years of strategy and marketing leadership experience specifically in brand strategy, product marketing, demand generation and marketing analytics servicing competitive high growth public, private equity and venture capital-backed B2B SaaS companies. He has also supported the digital transformation and direct to consumer launches of many well-known brands in retail like Bed Bath & Beyond, Ace Hardware and Steinmart. Most recently at Thryv, he was responsible for the driving demand of their core SMB product, as well as developing new markets and products to extend their SaaS offering. Known best for his collaborative, creative and analytical solutions, Bryant hopes to deliver insights and support for an expanded network of industries.
Joe Kelly, Director of Advertising Sales
Responsible for identifying potential new clients and markets along with developing and maintaining relationships with current clients and network partners, Joe brings with him 20+ years in media with 18 of those years in OOH and DOOH.
